Self-Pay Pricing
At Oly Families, we believe everyone should have access to high-quality healthcare regardless of insurance coverage. We are committed to clear and upfront pricing. Below you'll find pricing for our self-pay services. A 25% discount has been applied, and payment is due the day of service. Full-billing prices are due if payment is not made the day of service. Accepted Forms of Payment
Insurance & Billing
Dr. Shaw is contracted with most major insurance companies. Prior to scheduling your initial visit, please check your insurance provider directory to confirm your chiropractic benefits. Your services may be subject to your annual healthcare deductible, and you may have co-payments/co-insurance. At your initial visit, please have your insurance card available. If you have been in a motor vehicle accident or work-related injury, please have your claim information available. Dr. Shaw does not bill Medicare or Medicare Supplemental Plans.
In-Network Insurance Plans
*Aetna does not routinely cover chiropractic services for children under six years of age. These services will be self-pay at the rates above.
**All Medicaid/WA Apple Health insurance plans do not cover chiropractic services for adults over 20 years of age. These services will be self-pay at the rates above. These plans do cover pediatric chiropractic services with a PCP referral. Referrals may be faxed to (360) 368-3989.
