Our Services
Gentle, evidence-informed care for pregnancy, children, and families at every stage.
At Oly Families, every treatment is tailored to the individual. Dr. Shaw draws on chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, and perinatal expertise to support your body's natural capacity to heal and thrive — from the first days of life through pregnancy and postpartum.
Chiropractic Care
Restoring alignment, relieving tension, supporting whole-body function.
Chiropractic care at Oly Families focuses on gentle, specific adjustments to the spine and joints to restore proper alignment and nervous system function. Dr. Shaw uses low-force techniques appropriate for every age and stage — from newborns to adults.
Common reasons families seek chiropractic care include musculoskeletal pain, postural imbalances, headaches, and recovery from pregnancy or birth. For infants, gentle adjustments can support healthy development and address issues related to birth positioning or delivery. Children continue care through all stages of growth and development, both physical and neurological. Student athletes seek care to compliment sport performance. Sensory needs and retained primitive reflexes are addressed when necessary. All abilities are welcome.
What this includes
- Low-force, age-appropriate techniques

Craniosacral Therapy
Subtle, powerful work that supports the nervous system from the inside out.
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the craniosacral system — the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By releasing restrictions in this system, CST supports the body's self-healing mechanisms and can have profound effects on the nervous system.
Dr. Shaw completed her Infant CST training at The Carol Gray Center for CST Studies, in 2015, and has since completed advanced pediatric courses in CST, infant feeding, and oral motor function. CST is especially beneficial for newborns following intrauterine constraint, difficult births, feeding challenges, and nervous system dysregulation.
